DocStellar improves through feedback from those who use it, beginners and seasoned imagers alike: every question, suggestion or bug refines the diagnosis and extends the taxonomy. The most common request is technical: digging deeper into a cause, clarifying what to do with a specific setup, resolving an ambiguous signature. If you spot a recurring defect missing from the diagnosis, report it (with an image if possible): that is the best way to enrich the knowledge base.

Bugs, suggestions, technical contributions

A bug report is valuable: a diagnosis that misses the mark, an interface that reacts poorly, a format that fails to upload, a misaligned annotation. The more precise it is (image, browser, step, screenshot), the faster the fix. Feature requests are welcome, even ambitious ones: several improvements to the project were born from a user idea. Not all will be retained, but each is read and weighed in the roadmap. For more involved contributions (reference images, equipment feedback, expertise on a defect), deeper exchanges are possible.

How to write to us effectively

State the subject in the first line (question, bug, suggestion, missing defect), and attach the diagnosis ID or image rather than describing it in words: visuals speak more clearly. For a bug, include your environment (browser, OS, format). The team typically responds within 48 to 72 business hours, critical requests first. In all cases, your message is read: the DocStellar community is small, and every piece of feedback counts.
